The use of this software is restricted to audio files available in the public domain. You agree to only use this software under the terms and conditions as specified by the laws of your country of residence, Google Play and your provider's terms of service. This application does not host any audio files in any form, it merely is an interface to search engines and the developer(s) are not liable in case of misuse. You are solely responsible for your actions, illegal use of this application is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer & Copyright Policy
- Simple mp3 Downloader is a 3rd party search engine application and we do not host any audio files.
- All content is played and transferred from 3rd party servers not under our control.
- All the rights of the songs are the property of their respective owners.
DMCA complaints
Any properly filed DMCA infringement notifications will be fowarded by us to the correct search engine's DMCA copyright Agent. The written communication should contain at least the items specified below:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest. (PDF files are preferred)
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, name of the copyright holder, identification of the time(s), date(s), search term(s) and link(s) the material that you claim is infringing was displayed in the Simple mp3 Downloader app, and any other information that is reasonably sufficient for Simple mp3 Downloader to locate the infringing search engine.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. and a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
